This is the 3rd CSA National License Plate Auto Tag. This plate has the flag that was the 3rd Flag of the Confederate States of America. This flag differs from the 2nd because of the red strip on the side, it was placed there to dismiss any thoughts that the previous flag was a Flag of Truce if the upper left was covered.
