50 Star USA Fully Sewn Nylon Embroidered Flag 6 x 10 ft. (USA Made) with Additional Reinforced Stitching

This is a high-quality, American-Made USA flag, made even better with additional vertical zig-zag stitching and additional zig-zag reinforcement at the corners (described below). This flag is made with the best American-Made Nylon fabric available. Each star is embroidered, and the stripes are sewn. It is very resistant to the UV rays of the sun. It has excellent strength retention under the sun's UV exposure.

This is not a printed flag. It has deeper, brighter colors that last over time, with excellent wash-fastness and light-fastness.

This flag has a 1 1/4 inch double edge fold all around the flag, with six (6) standard rows of stitching on the fly edge where the flag needs the greatest strength. We then add an additional four rows of zig-zag stitching, for a total of 10 vertical rows.

In addition, there is 1 1/2 inch reinforced stitching vertically at the fly corners, and 5 1/2 inch reinforced hem stitching (horizontal) at top and bottom of the fly.

On this flag,the normal reinforced stitching in the corners is strengthened by "boxing in" that stitching with zig-zag stitching.
