This is the official Flag of the Blue Angels. The Blue Angels are a group of pilots who fly for air shows. Their sign is in the middle along with Blue Angels above telling who it is. Even though they fly plane, they are still part of the U.S. Navy. The blue and words U.S. Navy signify this.
