The Mongolia Flag was adopted on February 12th, 1992. The blue stripe is a traditional sign of the Mongols. The two red stripes represent the double joys of independence and liberty. In the emblem are two arrowheads that mean Death to the enemies and Death to the enemies of the people . The two smaller bars show that the highest and lowest in society should be honest. The larger bars symbolize the saying two friends are stronger than stone .
