This 3x5 flag features a black winged dragon (dracovolans) on a yellow field with the Latin motto Quod Semper, Quod Ubique, Quod Ab Omnibus.
The phrase translates as “What always, what everywhere, what by all [has been held to be true].” It was the official motto and design of the Grand Banner (ensign) of the early Ku Klux Klan, as specified in the organization’s 1867 Prescripts.
