Description
The flag of the United Arab Emirates contains the Pan-Arab colors red, green, white, and black. It was designed in 1971 by Abdullah Mohammed Al Maainah, who was 19 years old at that time, and was adopted on 2 December 1971. The main theme of the flag's four colors is the unity of Arab nations.
Nylon Printed.
This is an American made flag of our toughest, most durable and long-lasting nylon fabric, with solid brass grommets. You won't find nylon flags with higher tensile and tear strength, yet they fly very well in the wind. This flag has excellent strength retention under UV exposure, and high resistance to UV fading. The colors are deeper, brighter and last over time, due to the aniline dyeing process. This fabric has better wash-fastness and light-fastness than nylons of similar fabric construction. There is a one inch double edge fold with four rows of stitching on the fly edge. It has reinforced stitching vertically and horizontally at the fly corners.
