This is the Captain Scott's Flag. Captain Scott was one of the men who recruited Texicans to fight the Mexicans.

Scott's Flag of the Liberals 1835

This flag was designed by Captain William Scott in 1835. It was used by those Texans who favored independence from Mexico. It was carried into the Battle of Concepción.

Texas Independence flag. Lorenzo de Zavala Flag is similar or Bonnie blue with the word Independence on it.
